Blurry pictures and icons on mobile devices

Hi,

My logo looks great on my laptop, and so does the icons I'm using for social media. But on other devices, like iPads and my iPhone, they are blurry...

How do I solve this problem?

But now I would like to change it to another logo (if it's possible...). Would like a smaller version.

Can you do that? Maybe there's a plugin for it?
