Blog Titles on Blog Page Show a green and should be black

I've made changes to the customiser > colours > content to show the title to be black and the hover colour to be green but it only shows correctly if I have the customiser opened but as soon as I close it the titles go back to green.

Can you try clearing your browser’s cache?
