Blog tipography, blog image problem

OK, so you need to an Image to the Featured Image ( Imagen destacada ) in the Post Editor for them to appear on the blog.
What silly am I!! Yes the featured image. Now it's OK, David!!
I've got confused because when when I designed the blog page a couple of months ago when I set the featured image, the image was displayed twice
