Blog SideBar not working

Hi,
I've tried several of the responses in the forum to try to resolve this, but none has worked. Sorry in advance if my problem was already solved and I have not find it.
In my web the right sidebar is shown inside the post, but not in the blog page.
I think I have selected everything properly, but I don't know why it is not showing.
I also have tried using the code:
add_filter( 'generate_sections_sidebars','__return_true' );

do you have any Layout Elements in Dashboard > Appearance > Elements that have been set to change the sidebar layouts?
OMG that was it!! I didn't know there was an element in there for that.
