[Resolved] Blog post page speed

Hello, I recently installed generate press and I’m glad to find that my speed for the landing page is better out of the box for mobile and desktop but my blog page speed is still very slow. I would like to find out if this is just a minor optimization issue and if so how I should resolve it. Here is an example link:

Hello, no I have not been able to get the same results on my end. I am getting a 33 mobile score on page speed insights.

Hi Aaron,

I think Leo ran the test for desktop, I just ran the test for mobile, it doesn’t look great.

I think it’s likely caused by the ads, can you try disabling the ads for now so we can run another test?

Sure thing, I have disabled ads and getting a similar result. A very good desktop speed score but mobile in the 30’s.

Hello, you’re right when ads are disabled the speed is much better. I will work with developer to optimize pages and for better ad placement.
