[Support request] Blog post page hero element won’t display background image

I am trying to display a background image in my blog post page hero element. When I change the background color, the change takes effect. However, if I try adding a background image, it does not appear.

The bg image is likely set dynamically.

I see now that if I set a featured image on a post, then it shows up in the header. What I was trying to do is set the same image once for all post headers. Is that possible, or am I trying to do something that is not recommended?

Hi there,

if you edit the Block Element Page Hero, select the parent level Container Block, make sure it has no dynamic background and then give it a static background – see here:
