Blog post adding #more with numbers in mobile URL

The more tag is added by default - doesn't matter if it's desktop or mobile.

You can use this script to disable it:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_more_jump/

If that doesn't work, then try disabling all your plugins to eliminate any conflicts.

On desktop it doesn't add that
