Tom,

I am having a heck of a time figuring out the Page Header add on.
Do you have any kind of write up or cheat sheet on what all the options do and when they are valid and what combinations might not be valid etc.

I am burning too much time trying different settings just to figure out how the add on works but I cannot seem to get consistent results.

Maybe you should try talking in your videos, its better than writing.
