[Resolved] Blog page – Post excerpt

Hi Team,

I used to use Hydra theme and very recently moved to Generatepress premium. When I try to set the content type to excerpt on the blog page, it does not seem to work. I tried to change it to full content and back to excerpt but nothing changed. I also tried to set different word count with no luck.

Would this issue be related to some setting left from Hydra theme?

Check these few things:

– Make sure there is no more tag used:

– Make sure excerpt metabox is not used:

– Make sure the post type is set to standard:

I am having the same problem. I am using the Wordsmith template. The customizer blog layout is set up to show excerpts but they are not displaying either on the page with ShowPosts or on the blog page. The posts are standard, I’m not using custom excerpts or the more tag.
