Blog Page not editable

Hey guys,
I am adding a blog to this website, but the default Blog page is not editable in any way.
Firstly I would like to choose a featured image, but it does not allow this.
I would also like to write a small piece of content for the introduction, but there is no where to add Headers or text blocks? How do I make the Blog page editable?
You may need to update hostfile to IP address 43.250.140.4 to view this development site.

Hi there,
By default, the blog/posts page is a page automatically generated by WordPress - it simply displays all the posts you've created and cannot be edited like a normal static page.
Are you just wanting to add some text on top of the post listing?
If so a header element should help:
