Hello,
I am using queryloop block at my Blog page. But the page is showing different layout then what I have designed at editor. BLOG page is showing default layout, I guess.
Am I making some mistake?
Hi Juned,
For the Blog and Archive pages, you should use a Content Template - Block Element: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-content-template/
Are you trying something different?
Hi,
For single blogs, i have used content template. But for blog archive page, I have used query block.
How do I set blog archive page (hook, location) with Block Element, when I have created a page as Blog?
That would only work if you’re using a static page as the blog page. But, if you’re using the default blog archive page, you’ll need to use a Content Template as well.
To clarify, will you be using a static page or the default archive page? As of now, the one you linked is a default blog archive page.
Hey Fernando,
So what I have done is now:
1. Deleted Container + Query Loop Block from my Blog Page.
2. Created Block > Content Template >> Blog (location).
Whith these above 02 steps, I have achieved what I was asking for.
I have also create Content Template for Post Category Archive also.
Thanks for your support.
You’re welcome Juned!
