[Resolved] Blog page header: Transparent navigation text color

Hi

I tried the blog page header today and it’s impressive ! Unfortunately, I ran into a problem which I hope you can help me solve.

I used the “Page Header Content” then enabled merge with site header and transparent navigation. What I can’t get to work is the navigation text and navigation background hover colors as they both seem to inherit from the main settings.

Right now I’m just interested in changing the navigation text color as it’s too similar to the background color. Link to the site.

Hi Jamal,

If you set the navigation background to transparent in the advanced settings, more settings should appear that allow you to change the text color etc..

Thanks for the reply Tom. I did try those options see my current settings, I just don’t know why only the navigation text and navigation background are not working.

Sorry, I liked the looked of things and decided to use page header everywhere so I did change colors for primary navigation and deleted the settings in the blog page header.

I will set up a test site and link it here tomorrow.

Please take a look here. Thought it might be cause i was still running 1.2.87 but problem exists even after plugin update.

As I said yesterday, I changed navigation colors sitewide so this is not urgent. This are my settings using colors that are hard to confuse with the background.

Huh, interesting – I can’t replicate it.
