Hi.
I have a Blog Page that is separate from my homepage. Each of my individual post pages contain a Header graphic, but for some reason this doesn’t work for the Blog page itself.
I’ve tried to replicate the header using ‘Elements’ in Generate Press as I have with my other pages, but it doesn’t seem to work for the Blog page. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
Thanks,

July 8, 2019 at 4:12 pm #952477JonathanHi Leo. I’m already using a Custom Image for the Blog Index page, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any other possibilities or is there something I’m missing?
Thanks,
JonJuly 8, 2019 at 6:23 pm #952527LeoStaffCustomer SupportHmm I don’t see the code for header element on the blog page at all.
Did you make sure to add some content or an HTML comment?

July 9, 2019 at 3:26 pm #953413JonathanYes, I added the following content into my Element-Page Header for the Blog Page:
<h1>
{{post_title}}
</h1>July 9, 2019 at 3:28 pm #953415LeoStaffCustomer SupportCan you try this instead?
<h1>Blog</h1>

July 9, 2019 at 3:34 pm #953419JonathanChange made, but the Blog page title and picture is still not coming up.
July 9, 2019 at 3:48 pm #953423LeoStaffCustomer SupportStrange. The code simply isn’t showing up at all.
Can you try clear and disable the caching plugin?
I did notice that your blog page is loading pretty slow.
If the above doesn’t work, can you make sure there isn’t another header element with possible display rule conflict?
If that still doesn’t work, any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any potential conflicts we might not be aware of?
Let me know π
July 9, 2019 at 4:26 pm #953439JonathanHi. I’ve disabled all other plugins, so it’s just GP Premium now. The blog page still doesn’t seem to work. I didn’t see any other Blog Headers that would clash, but just in case, here is a list of Element’s that I’m using.
Blog Header – Location (Page: Blog)
Contact Header – Location (Page: Contact)
About Header – Location (Page: About)
Homepage Header – Location (Page: Front Page)
All Posts Header – Location (Page: Post)
Alternate Menu Text (Header)
Shop Header – Location (Page: Cart)
Shop Sidebar (Layout)July 9, 2019 at 4:37 pm #953445LeoStaffCustomer SupportCan you make sure you are using the latest version of GP Premium?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generatepress-and-gp-premium/Then if that still doesn’t help, can you keep all plugins disabled and send me the dashboard access?
You can send the dashboard access using Account Issue here:

β Username and password.July 9, 2019 at 5:09 pm #953460JonathanOK, thanks. I’ve currently got Generate Press 2.3.2, but my GP Premium is only 1.7.2
I’ve updated my license key, but it hasn’t updated GP Premium yet. I’ll wait and let you know when updates and if it works or not (unless you think I should manually update).
Thanks, Jon

My Premium is updated, and I have provided dashboard access as you instructed. Please help if possible.
Many thanks,
