Blog options missing in GP Premium 1.4.3 update

I recently updated to GP Premium 1.4.3 and lost a few options under Blog settings. The first three options -- Page Header Image, Page Header Content, and Page Header Logo -- no longer appear. I no longer have access to change the blog header image, unless I revert to an earlier version of GP Premium. Were these items removed? I've tried downloading and reinstalling the update more than once, without success. Any suggestions?

Yes they were moved to Dashboard > Page Headers.
You should see the blog page duplicated in there with all the same meta box options as before.
