Blog (News) Page widget sidebar removal

Hi I have managed to remove the sidebar widgets from all pages except the blog page (which I have renamed to news)
I only want the facebook & google map text widgets on the right sidebar to appear on the contact page.
How do I remove them form the News (blog) page?
