Blog issues. Read more button url and sizing

Hey guys,
I'm not sure why, but my blog pages are misbehaving.
In the Archive page, if I click on an image, it takes me to the corresponding blog, with correct url.
However, if I click the 'Read more' button, the url ends with something like /#more-19106. How can I stop this from happening?
Also, the posts themselves are very narrow indeed and I can't seem to make the posts wider. I have a right side bar, but the whole blog post is really narrow and I can't find how to change this. Is this an Element causing this?

For the second issue, I'd assume there is a layout element that is causing the issue.
Can you try disabling all the existing layout element to test?
