I am unable to find how to set the size of the featured image on blog posts to be full width left to right is there a simple way to do this no code involved ? example blog

Hi there,
I can't quite picture what you are after here.
When you say full width, do you mean the full width of the container or the full width of the entire screen?
The featured image of this post is only 800 by 600 pixels so that's not wide enough to fill the entire screen width.
