I've been trying to figure out how to do this on my site but haven't figured it out yet.

How do I get the image below the title such as this website https://dirtbikeplanet.com/ (Giant Guide to the Best Beginner Dirt Bikes)

you can set the featured image location in Customizer > Layout > Blog --> Featured Images:
