blog feed Widget no longer working after 1.3.06

Might be a fluke, but I've lost the use of the Recent Posts Extended Widget after the update to the most recent theme. It kinda works, but the minute I edit a parameter in the Widget, it goes blank and no longer shows on the site page. Not sure where the problem lies...?

Hi Dave,
Can't think of anything that would have affected it in GP, but I know the WordPress 4.2.3 update messed up a lot of plugins.
Is it a specific parameter that messes it up, or any of them?
No parameter specifically, if I open the widget that's enough to kill it.
Forgot that WP updated recently as well, that makes more sense than the it being the theme.
Thought I'd ask here in case it might have been something simple.

That's definitely weird - maybe ask over at their forums.
If they haven't heard it from others, chances are they'll blame it on the theme and send you back this way (plugin developers like doing that ;) ) - then we can debug some more if that's the case.
