Blog Featured Image Size

Hello,
I have reviewed the support forum, but can't seem to find the answer.
I have set up my archives with a medium image aligned to the left. I would like the most recent post to be a large featured image.
Ideally, the first posts of the archives for home and all categories would be a full-size featured image with no excerpt and the title aligned to the left of the image at the top. Also without the author name and date.
Would this be possible?

You can do this with the new GP Premium 2.0 Block Element. It allows you to edit the content template of your archive pages. See the promo video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pM_GVt3TYrs

When you're making a template, you can actually set a different template applied only to the first post.
