Blog displaying pages

Hi there,
I having a few hiccups with my blog page showing correctly and I am wondering if you could please help me.

-The first issue I am having is that the content is not centered when I disable the sidebar, is still aligned to the left of the page.
-The second issue I am having is that my pages are showing instead of posts? It was working yesterday but suddenly is not. I have set it as a blog page, I have plenty of blog posts, I have deleted and created a new one, I have never had this happened before.
-lastly, suddenly the site seems to be loading very slowly, even though I have not uploaded more than a handful of images. Is there a way to make it run faster?

My blog page is showing my site pages menu instead of posts? It was working yesterday but suddenly is not. I have set it as a blog page, I have plenty of blog posts, I have deleted and created a new one, I have never had this happened before.
So what is the issue there?
I'm still seeing the sidebar?
My main issue is that these are not blog posts on the blog page, instead, it is displaying are site pages (services, checkout, contact). I want my blog posts to display there.
That's strange. The blog page is automatically generated by WordPress and it should only show posts there.
It is working correctly in the original Catalyst install:

Have you added any custom functions?
If not please disable all plugins to eliminate any conflicts.
Yes it was the mail chip forms by mail munch plugin.
