Can you install and activate a Twenty series WP theme and see if the issue exists there as well?

I install Twenty Nineteen. The posts seem to come back but the display is bad.

Hmm I just installed and activated Twenty Twenty One and the issue still exists.

So I contact my host. It tells me that everything is ok on the server.

How was the site originally setup ? Was it built in another Theme ?

No, I built it with GP.

Ok - so Quick Edited your Latest Post, and the Blog is now working correctly.
Your latest post contains some broken HTML or other code that is affecting the site. You will need to find what content is causing that.

I don't understand how my content can affect the site. How do you see that ?

When i check that articles HTML in the developers browser tools there is missing HTML from the Theme. This happens if there is broken HTML in the content. Which is generally a missing closing tag eg. </div> or </p>

1. How do I remove the "Post Excerpt length" completely (to zero)?
Because I couldn't find any settings that allows no-excerpt, and even when I replaced the 44 default and typed in 0 it still didn't work, I left it blank it still didn't work.

2. How do I access the GP page builder?
