Hi, can you please help me with the following:

How can I make my blog page display only specific categories? http://prettynicewebsite.com/paul/blog/

At the moment, it displays them all. I need to pick and choose as I have a different page for which I will be using a specific category of posts. See this sample which has been set up using pages, but to make it work I need to use posts. http://prettynicewebsite.com/paul/portfolio/

To create the above portfolio page, I will be using this Advanced Posts option from Ultimate Addons BB https://www.ultimatebeaver.com/modules/advanced-posts/example-4/
