Hi there,

I have looked at a number of posts on a similar question but can't get this to work. I am looking to output a description underneath the title of my blog category pages, please can you advise how this can be done?

Thanks,

Nicole

Hi Nicole,

This is what I would recommend:

1. Duplicate the Global Page Header element and called it the Archive page header:

2. In the Global page header, remove All Archives from the display rules.

3. In the Archive page header, the display rule should be All Archives.

4. In the archive page header, add a GP dynamic content block and set it to display the Term Description:

Let me know if this helps :)

Hi Leo,

That's worked great thanks, the only issue is the text is outputting twice, I don't want to disable the titles from this page - is there any way around this?

Thanks,

Nicole

Not sure if I fully understand.

Sounds like you don't need this newly created block element page hero at all?

Can you disable it to see if the default title and description work for you?

Ah you're right! Just disabling the global page header for archives was enough, all working now. Thanks so much for your help :)

Thanks,

Nicole

No problem :)
