Blog (archive) page showing featured image as a background image in top section

Hi,

For some reason the featured image of my first blog post is displaying as a background image on the top section of my blog (archive) page.

I checked a few things, but can't figure out how to stop this from happening.

Please let me know if there is a solution.

hi again,

I think I might have actually figured it out. In the elements section, I deleted the line of code in the Custom Blog Hero hook:

<div class="custom-blog-hero-image">');"></div>

When I refreshed, it reverted to what I wanted - which is just a plain coloured section on my main blog page.

Can you advise whether this is kosher, and what other impacts this might have.

Hi there,

that looks like something that may have been imported with a Site Library import.
Yes you can safely remove that.
