[Support request] Blog/Archive Page GP Premium and Elementor Theme Builder

Hi there,
I am using GP Premium and Elementor Pro as Theme Builder for my Website. I recently started a blog, which is a little bit tricky to build but I made it with the Template Theme Builder of Elementor.
When I was happy with my design I published it and there occurred the issue. The Blog Page was not shown on the live site as in the preview mode. After testing different things (clearing cache and cookies and so on) that didn’t work, I contacted the Elementor support. With their help, I figured out that that the GP Premium Plugin prevented the Elementor Theme Builder from displaying the Blog Page (Elementor calls it Archive) on the live site.
They changed something to my ccs so it works now.

Still, I am wondering, is that a known issue? Is there another way to fix this? Or does GP and Elementor don’t work too well with each other when it comes to blog/archive pages?

Hi there,

that issue is because you have Columns enabled in the Customizer > Layout > Blog options.
If you’re building the template with Elementor then that is not required – in fact you may as well disable the GP Blog Module in Appearance > GeneratePress
