Blog and Spacing GP modules not activating

When I click "Activate" for the Blog or Spacing module, it first shows a loading GIF, then it says in green text "Module activated".
However, it doesn't actually activate.
When I check in the Wordpress Customizer, it hasn't activated. And when I go back to the GP Modules page, it has gone back to deactivated.
I did all the pre-check stuff so I know it's not a caching or plugin issue.
Any ideas how to get Blog and Spacing modules working?
All the other modules activated normally.

That sounds super strange and I have not heard of this issue before.
Can you provide the dashboard access with all plugins disabled except GP Premium for us to do some tests?

It works for me now too (without any plugins enabled).
Annnnd it also works with all the other plugins enabled.
Must've been a glitch in the universe.
