Blog and Header

I have set everything up but the blog page doesn't seem to want to display correctly the header page like the other pages.
The link for the blog page is :

I have updated page headers global settings and reading too.
I believe that's happening because you have the header padding set to 600px on top. What happens if you adjust the padding in Customize > Layout > Header?
