Blog - Adding to Menu

I have enabled the blog in my site to write reviews. trying to add that blog to the menu but i dont see the option in the Menu section. right now i have added the category "review" used in the post but i want to replace it with the blog so that all the topics will get displayed.
can you please let me know how to fix it ?
Hi there,
create a Blank page called Blog. And set this as the Page to Display Latest Posts in Dashboard > Settings > Readings. Then you can add the Blog page to your menu
