Blog Add in for PRO

A little lost. I am looking for where I can make some of the changes in the BLOG content. I have Premium license and thought I have it activated but I only see an option for Full or exerpt as choices.
These options require the Blog add-on in GP Premium. Starting in GP Premium 1.5, the blog content layout options are separated for Archives (blog index, categories, archives and tag pages) and Single (single posts) by using the toggle button.
I have this checked and activated but I seem to be lost as to being able to find this. What have I missed?
I want to start a blog and review the settings and start adding pictures and content.
Resolved. The network is just a little slow today. Activation and page refresh did the trick.
