I won't to you make o construct the site, that isn’t my intention, I said that for if you can look some mistake, anyway in this page the title of every post is very large or big I’d to do and H3 or less, in the space between the main menu and the post I would a picture in fact, in the page there us one but here doesn't appears.
When you enter in this page the text thinner or small same a picture I uploaded a post before.

And the font size is actually being overwritten by a plugin Ultimate blocks for Gutenberg. Can you disable that for now? Then the customizer setting should apply.

Atomic Blocks - Colección de bloques para Gutenberg
Easy Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks Page Builder
Kadence Blocks - Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit
and Elementor Blocks for Gutenberg but this one is desactivated.

Maybe try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test and use the parent theme?

Yup the code for Ultimate blocks for Gutenberg is gone which is good.

Now you can reduce the h2 font size in Customizer > Typography > Headings H2.

Let me know if the option works now.
