I saw a video recently somewhere and the demonstrate said, "you can turn off some of the blocks in Generatepress, the effect was to leave you with just your choice of core blocks". I had that working for a short while but I cannot find that video or those settings. The blocks I want to be working with are

Please can someone point me to place to edit the block creator choice / or the order?

in the post editor - go to the 3 dot menu in the top bar, and select Block Manager here you can deselect which blocks you don't require.
