Block styles not appearing on page

Out of the blue, styles for elements on our pages are not being included when viewing, although they do appear to be correct in the editor. This is affecting the heading block on most pages on the site. The only way in which they are related is they may have been duplicated pages.
Where styles like this should be included, they are not:

padding: 50px 20px 100px;
max-width: 1200px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
Clearing cache etc. has not helped.
Update on this. A button block was accidentally removed from a reusable block (an instance of which is on the problem pages). Putting the block back in has fixed most pages. We're now trying to identify whether something similar happened on other pages to cause the same problem.
If there are any suggestions to why this would happen, I'd be very grateful! :)

its a known issue - Empty Reusable Blocks on a page causes the GB dynamic CSS function to break. Can you make sure you have GB updated to the latest version 1.3.3 where this was fixed.
After making that update, go to GenerateBlocks > Settings and click Regenerate CSS.
