(Block-)Styles are partially not adopted

I've been working with the GP+blocks more often lately, which is a lot of fun by the way. BUT: Sometimes the styles are not taken over properly. And yes: I have cleared the cache and the browser cache. Please have a look at my screenshot. The styles are sometimes completely shot or I had the case that GP did not show the elements at all (Especially if the external CSS is activated in the Costumizer).
The cache is completely cleared. I have tried it on different devices and the errors keep popping up. This makes me a bit skeptical: Are your elements+blocks really working properly? I was designing my footer with elements the other day and I had a similar problem. It feels like it's all not that mature yet....
Or do you have to set anything when caching? About an answer I am really grateful!
Ahhh, please still look at the page. Strangely enough, everything is displayed well. But on other subpages it is buggy. Very strange...

I'm not seeing the author box in that location on either post, but I am seeing it at the bottom of each post, and both look good.
We haven't had any reports of issues like this. Block Elements have been around for a long time, but these dynamic aspects are still in alpha (almost beta), so there may be bugs. However, I'm not seeing that at the moment.

I see you choose administrator as users, so the block element will only show when you logged in as admin, other users including us won't be able to see the block.
Clear the user option should work. :)
