block is set to full-screen, but is not full-screen

Please see the last row on the attached page, it contains a testimonials slider. I would like the gray background of the row to be full-width, and the testimonials container to be fixed. These settings do not seem to be working, I cannot get the row to go full-width. Thanks

This leads me to a suggestion about your online docs. I wish there were clearer details of what exactly they're referring to. The screenshots are so cropped that there is no context to know where they came from.
Can you tell me exactly where to look for these settings?
I think maybe you want me to create a new "Element" is this correct? Or am I to look in the Customizer?

is a Layout metabox and a metabox is always found in the actual Edit page/post screen.
The settings in the metabox would only apply to that specific page/post where the metabox is located.
And the layout element/second link allows you to set that setting across multiple pages by using the display rules.

I would like to apply the full-width layout only on the page in question. Again the mini screenshots in the docs are confusing/don't look familiar, maybe it's because I'm using Beaver Builder?
