Block - Hook (Header and Footer)

Hello,
I have created two hooks for the header and footers.
But I seem to have some white space between them and the content.
I cannot see anything in the layout that might be creating this.
Any help please??

Hi there,
edit the Block Element and delete the empty text block thats below your container. simply add your cursor and backspace delete.
As simple as that!!
It is one thing about the block system that frustrates me.
What made me think that it wasn't that, is the background in the block was Yellow, but this did not display on the page.

Yes, i agree there are some small but annoying things with the editor that needs improving.
