Block Hook Element for first item in Post Tag Archive list not triggered

Hi,
I load different header/footer/sidebars, dependent on post tag, page and post tag archive.
Everything works as expected, except for the first item in the post tag archive list.
Wondering if you can reproduce this in a test-install on your side, or maybe there's something corrupt on my end.

I tired to access the admin, but it says "Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner"
Could you double check?

I've removed now IP restrictions for SSH/SFTP and MySQL, the only thing I can imagine causing this.

Unfortuanly the login in info still doesn't work for me.
Have you checked the display rule for each element? Will there be any display rule conflicts?
You could try to disable all the elements, except the one for this specific tag, see if it works.
