Block height for responsive embed

Sorry if this is a basic question! I am pretty new to this...
I am using Lead Quizzes and trying to embed it on a page.
When I paste their code into the "Custom HTML" block it does not force the block to be at 100% height of the embedded item. Instead it scrolls the content and has two random arrows at the bottom.
