Block header mobile issues

I am building our first site using a block as the header rather than an element and experiencing some issues on mobile.

I can see that the logo and menu are being created 540 px high, but cannot see what is causing it. Can you give an insight?

Hi Neil,
Can you clear cache and disable your cache plugin so we can see the code better?
Although Hummingbird was activated the caching functionality wasn't turned on. However to ensure it doesn't get in the way I have now completed deactivated it 👍

Also, there are two headers on the site; One on the home page, and one on every other page
can you go to Customizing > Layout > Primary Navigation, check what's themenu item height you set for mobile?
And also go to Customizing > Typography, did you set the line height to 30without a unit for Primary navigation items?
This is how it is rendering for me
On desktop the coloured section sits behind the logo and menu
