Block Elements Issue
9 replies · Started by sreekanth on August 19, 2020
Hey, Team.
I wanted to display my import posts side by side, for that I used block elements with grid (2x2) function and I choose H4 for my keywords or articles. Finally, I am able to display them as I wanted but there is a spacing issue between two columns and one of my heading from column 1 getting merged with another heading in column 2.
And, Strange thing is, the visibility or display of this element is different for classic editor posts and block editor posts. Kindly, take a look at it and solve my problem.

Those image link still aren't working - and its hard for me to tell where/what the issues on the site links provided.
Can you provide the screenshots using another method ?
Sure,
You may Access the Block Editor posts here - https://upload.picpaste.me/image/txsqq
Classic Editor Post here - https://upload.picpaste.me/image/txCDj
Can you select the Grid Block columns and make sure it has a Width set in the Settings tab.
And you can add space between columns by add some Horizontal Space which you will find here:

Hey, David!
I tried all the methods you mentioned above and even tested with padding, none of them are working. My paragraphs are getting joined. As shown in this picture - https://upload.picpaste.me/image/txsqq
Is there any solution?
Go to Settings > GenerateBlocks and click Regenerate CSS
If that don't work change the CSS Print Method to Inline Embedding and Regenerate again
Thanks, David!
Finally, I am able to achieve what I was looking for by following your suggestions and changing the headline font size. And, I also have one more requirement, I wish to add a tick or any icon at the starting of each headline ( check this image for reference - https://upload.picpaste.me/image/tJxXe, How can I do it?
Hi there,
You can give each Headline an icon: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/headline-overview/#icon
