Manuel
Hi,
I just installed the Block Element Post Navigation but I still have the native pagination. I didn’t find how to remove it!

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Can you try toggling on the Disable default post navigation?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-post-navigation/#settingsMay 13, 2022 at 9:45 am #2218811Manuel
Hi Leo,
I don’t understand. I clicked the button “Disable default post navigation” on the element.

StaffCustomer SupportI clicked the button “Disable default post navigation” on the element.
That sounds correct. And it’s not working?
Any caching plugins or server caching?
May 13, 2022 at 9:49 am #2218819Manuel
No I don’t have any caching plugin.

StaffCustomer SupportHmm I just tested the option and it definitely works for me:
https://www.screencast.com/t/YfKwtS7Q04OCan you confirm again that everything is set up correctly?
May 13, 2022 at 10:04 am #2218833Manuel
Yes I confirm you that the setting is good. I just tried on another computer (that I didn’t use for the website) and is the same. So is not about the cache but something else. Can you confirm me that you see on my website the native pagination? Or not?
Thanks,
Manuel
P.S. I took a screen print but I cannot send you!May 13, 2022 at 10:08 am #2218839Leo
StaffCustomer SupportYes – I can still see the default post navigation.
It’s definitely not a browser cache issue. Can you confirm there is absolutely no server level cache or optimization activated?
We haven’t received any other reports on this option not working.
May 13, 2022 at 10:11 am #2218840Manuel
Yes I confirm absolutely. I don’t have cache plugin and I deleted some months ago the code cache on the htaccess.
So for sure there is no cache. Before asking you I tried anythink but I don’t find the solution!

StaffCustomer SupportCan you disable all plugins except GP Premium and provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?

Nice you.
You have all accessMay 13, 2022 at 10:34 am #2218857Leo
StaffCustomer SupportHmm can’t quite tell where the issue is coming from.
Are other changes you’ve been making to the site all working correctly?
Can you try disabling it in the customizer as a workaround?
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/blog-content-layout/#singleMay 13, 2022 at 10:40 am #2218866Manuel
Working! I displayed post navigation on the layout blog single. Sorry I didn’t see that before. I didn’t see the tab!
So you find again the solution.
Thanks so much Leo!
Warm regards,
ManuelMay 13, 2022 at 10:51 am #2218874Leo
StaffCustomer SupportNo worries.
The option in the element should’ve worked as well.
We will look into it.

Hello Team,
I created a new website and I don’t find anymore in Element how to create Block Element – Post Navigation?
There is no more post navigation under the Element type dropdown menu!
Thanks,
Manuel -
