Block Content Template Problem

Hello,
I have make a Block Content Template and have copied the Post Template from a Query Block Design.
But when i publish it, then it shows always all posts, although I have clicked an a specific archive, e.g. one specific Category or even a tag archive.
I can not find the error. What could that be?
