Block-buttons

Hi. I have used "Read" from site-library, and was wondering how to stack more buttons on the same row, like on "read"-frontpage. If I try to reproduce, next button I add inserts in next row. Is there a "container" for this, or how do I make this from scratch?

The easiest way is to use the buttons block from GenerateBlocks:

doesn't look like this for me, I get the buttons (one on each row), but there are no controls like in links above, "add button", just border around the button. How to display the controls?
Just noticed that controls have been moved away from block and displays on top of page. Thanks.
