[Support request] Blank White Page

Hi. I switched to Generatepress a couple weeks ago and have been experiencing white blank pages in Google Chrome on occasion. It’s does not happen all the time but when it does, reloading or anything does not help until I clear my browser cache and cookies. Not seeing any PHP errors either with debugging on.

Here are the actions I took so far:

– Deactivated all the plugins, didn’t help

– Changed the theme to ‘Twenty Twenty’ and the white page went away.

It’s hard to tell without seeing the issue happen.

Does it occur on specific pages only or its totally random?

Ideally, you’d want to get your hands on the error_log to get a grasp of the issue.

You may have to contact your hosting company regarding this issue.

It was our self hosted videos causing it. We used to embed Vimeo in Woocommerce descriptions but they looked horrible on mobile phones with a ton of white space above and below. Youtube works fine however we stopped using them because of the “related videos” showing after the video.
