Blank Page for New Post | Could not insert post into the database

Hi,
I am getting a blank page if I create a new page/post. Also I could not add new images which is throwing "Could not insert post into the database".
I tried to deactivate plugins, but it is not actually deactivating it.
What could be the possible issue in my site? Please help me. Thanks!

I would say that there is a plugin conflict.

Not sure if I understand. So you are not able to disable plugins?
If this is the case then I'd recommend checking with your hosting support and see if they are able to identify the issue.
This issue has been resolved. I have cleaned my database :). Thanks!
