Blank page after URL change

I had to change URLs due to inadvertent trademark infringement. I moved the files over, kept the same database, cleared caches, and changed all the URLs in the database (including file paths). Now I get a series of:

Admin pages are down but the site itself is up with no errors!

Oops. This is in no way connected to GeneratePress, since the same thing happens when I switch to Generic. Still, if you have any ideas...?
Update: fixed by reinstalling WordPress from the update page.

Yup, sorry for bothering you... I did find out that part of the issue was with functions.php and reinstalling from disk fixed that. Odd!
