To clarify: disabling all the plugins removed the issue?
If so, you can try enabling them 1 by 1. Make sure you check if the issue occurs each time you enable a plugin so we can find what’s causing the issue.
Once you’ve isolated the culprit plugin, you can try asking on the culprit plugin’s developer/support site on the said issue.
