[Resolved] Blank Images on Productdetail pages with GD and woocommerce

Hi, did a fresh install with all new wp, gd, gd premium and woocommerce… after productimport with wpallimport, thumbnails are avaliable in productlisting. if i click on details, productimages are gone. Inspector does show images and no errors.. tried default gd install and also shop theme from open library… its the same. no images on productdetails. oh and images open in new tab. no lightbox or slider or whatever.

does anyone know whats the problem?

I don’t believe this is a theme related issue – we’ve never had any other reports on this.

Any chance you can disable all plugins and custom functions except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

well .. after i saw it i tried the open library.. was the same. than i switched theme to 2023 default and pic were there… so i dont know what the problem is… can make you an admin account to ceck it yourself, but dont know if here are PM functions. at least i did not saw something like that

ill do it tomorrow… at the moment force regenerate thumbnails is running… 16k images need some more time

for now… active plugins are gd premium, woocommerce, woocommerce tax, woocommerce payments, force regenerate thumbnails and coming soon by seedpro(dont want to let any page go into the index) 😀

Sounds good. I’ll need to see the issue with all plugins disabled except for GP Premium and WooCommerce.

Might be a good idea to start a staging site to debug if this is a live site with traffic.

Problem solved… there was an old function to load a newer jquery in my child theme, because its the same i use since years. after removing it does work again like it should.
