Black WordPress bar is missing/Page not updating (I have cleared Cache)

Hi team,
Hope you are all doing well.
I have an issue which has arisen recently. My black WordPress bar is missing from my page which is making it hard to edit my page, where has it gone and how can I get it back?
Secondly, when I edit a page and update it, the update doesn't show? I have cleared my cache multiple times, what could be causing this issue?

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

When I deactivate a plugin, it doesn't matter which one. My site breaks, not sure what's happening?

disabling plugins shouldn't break your site.
You may want to check with your Host to see if there are any errors in the server logs first...
