Hello,
We know that there is a WooCommerce option from GP Pro to shoe a store notice which overlaps the header and a customer can hide. Howevery, actually we like your blue gp black friday header. I guess thus is build with elements. But maybe you can share more details (html and css) to make it look like this? 🙂
